Practitioner-led operational transformation. Built by people who've run recruitment businesses.
We bring recruitment-sector operating experience together with practical AI, integration and governance capability.

Make existing systems work harder
We help recruitment agencies increase consultant productivity, improve operational consistency, and protect margins by embedding AI into existing systems, workflows and behaviours.
This is not about buying more technology — most agencies already have the tools they need. The issue is not access to tools, but lack of integration, automation and structured adoption.
RecIQ focuses on making existing systems work harder. No abstract training. No unnecessary system change. Everything is tied to measurable operational output.

It is not about buying more technology
Most agencies already have an ATS, CRM and communication tools. Greater value comes from connecting, automating and adopting them properly.
Practical execution beats theory every time
We work from real recruitment workflows and revenue mechanics, designing change that consultants, managers and leaders can use immediately.
Governance and compliance are competitive advantages
Structured AI governance gives agencies confidence, strengthens client trust and provides the evidence enterprise buyers increasingly expect.

From operating model to embedded adoption
We design and deliver the practical systems that turn AI into sustained operational improvement.
- AI strategy and operating model design
- Workflow mapping and redesign using existing ATS/CRM
- Automation design across delivery, BD and candidate engagement
- Integration of AI tools into existing tech stacks, not system replacement
- Productivity system design for consultants and managers
- Governance frameworks aligned to ISO/IEC 42001
- Risk, compliance and data handling structure for enterprise readiness
- Embedding, adoption and accountability across the organisation
